Apartment Review for Pennbrook Place Apartments

I signed a 13 month lease and was thinking about breaking it. My neibors were horrible they were loud having people in and out at all hour of the night. The office staff were always very nice it's just that everything in my apaertment broke. First the washer the weekend I moved in and the bathroom sink leaked. Then the dishwasher twice, got replaced took about 2 months. Then the A/C in the middle of July. It might not be a bad place maybe just a bad building.
