Apartment Review for Woodside Village Apartments

If you are looking for a ringing endorsement before you rent, I'm giving it to you right here. I have had the privilege of being a resident of Woodside Village for 2 years. Absolutely no complaints but many compliments. This property is more like a "mini-resort" as opposed to an "apartment-complex." There are wooden sculptures, totem poles, trees, and gazebos that add to the uniqueness of the grounds. It has a pool with 2 large decks and a "full-service" tiki bar. I would say that the outer decor and landscaping give the property a combination of "Up-North" and "Old-Western Frontier" themes. The apartment units are very spacious and have clearly been updated in recent years. In the very few times that I needed maintenance service, management was very quick and responsive to fix the problem. It's location, being in the Northern part of Monroe County, makes it very easy to access the Monroe, Downriver, and the metro-Detroit areas via I-75 within minutes. I am soon moving to the Toledo, Ohio area due to a job relocation but I would highly recommend Woodside Village to anybody wanting to rent in this area.
