Apartment Review for Grosvenor East Apartments

I lived at these apartments for three years before moving out of state. Wonderful staff, great neighborhood. The grounds were always kept nicely and maintenance was usually on top of things (especially when paged for emergencies). My only complaints are these: sometimes it took a few tries to get maintenance to reply to a call or note; windows are drafty (I put plastic over my bedroom window during the winter).
