Apartment Review for Kensington Place Townhomes

The management is very rude and nasty. They go through a lot of employees. The manager and maintenance harass tenants. I have over heard them talking about tenants and their financial stabilities. They lied about the busing for the school kids. My son walked very far for school. The old thing is when I registered him in Roseville high the lady asked me how I liked it and went on to talk about her and her sisters terrible experience with them. I dreaded the fact I had a whole year to complete my lease. I couldn't wait for it to be over because I never felt at home. The maintenance entered my home to fix things I never reported damaged or broken without telling me he was doing so. I know this because my daughter saw him and took pictures! She's only a kid who knows what his intentions were. Thankful my son was there. I just hope NO ONE EVER MOVE THERE...beautiful place but HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!
