Apartment Review for Amber's Red Run Apartments

I am about two weeks away from moving out of the Red Run Apartments after living there for two years. I am a renter of a bottom floor apartment. Everyone can hear all of your business all the time. The walls and ceilings are super. For example when my upstairs neighbor is in his/her bathroom and takes a poop I can hear it drop into the bowl. Yes we all crap, but I don't want to hear it. The smells from the basement come into any unit what shares a the ceiling/floor of the basement. Recently Fumes from polyurethane stain were seeping into the unit making me sick for three days.

That leads me to management. The management is horrible, they in no way get anything fixed on time or at all. They do not value their tenants in any way and will allow issues with the apartments stay unfixed even if the damages affect the health of the renter. It does not matter if you pay your rent on time every month or if you live respectfully. They are all about money. (it is a business after all) I wish you luck if you decide to rent with Amber Apartments/ Red Run
