I have an absolutely beautiful apartment for a great price! My neighbors are very considerate and helpful. Office staff is very friendly and each has been here for years not months. This says something about the community. The maintenance staff is always helpful and I've never had to wait more than a day to get the few things that were needed done. I will definately continue to recommend this community to friends and family. <P>

My husband and I met at Riveroaks while walking our dogs. It will always be a special place for me. We spent time walking in the woods and lying by the pool. Now that we are really becoming a family (baby on the way), we have decided to move to a two bedroom apartment by the playground until we can get some money set aside to buy our first home.
It's a great place to live. Whenever we need anything done the staff is prompt. The office ladies know us by name.

I've lived at Riveroaks for over a decade but have to move due to employment in another state. My apartment faces the woods. I'll miss the birds waking me up in the morning, the squirrels jumping from tree to tree and the groups of deer. My neighbors are wonderful.
If I ever need anything, all I do is call the office. I'll miss my home and hope someday I can come back.
