Apartment Reviews for Six Trails - Saline

The complex was recently taken over by SMG Company. Renters are now charged for water, sewer and trash. Pet policy is $20 per pet per month. Not a bad complex, although the buildings are old. My current rate is $670 for a one bedroom. My rent hasn't increased in years; however, this year its going up to $690. I've lived at this complex for approx 7 years and never had a security problem. The Saline Police regularly patrols the complex, which I think is a good thing. They put in new windows on half of the complex and have done nothing for 2 years on the other half. There are all new washers and dryers, cost of that went from $1.00 to $1.25 to wash, but still $1.00 to dry, which I think is a good deal. Apartments facing the woods are the best location. Hate to leave but at $710 a month (including my pet fee), the rent is cutting into my budget. Water/sewer/trash rates have been running in the $20 range.
