The leasing manager is a super sweet lady and always willing to help! Maintence does everything they can to make sure everything is running in top notch condition. VERY quiet, I never hear the person below me or next to me. The only bad part to living here is the doors have zero installation! Your heating bill will be high because the stairway is freezing! You get a bad draft through the apartment. The doors are an easy fix if they wanted but they have heaters by the door to warm the stairway...I don't trust it to leave it on plus when you do have it on it will run you about $50 a month just to heat the hallway! Other than that I have had no problems and would recommend living here to anyone. Not a lot of kids either, its very quite! <P>

Great complex, quiet, nice apartments. Leasing manager very helpful in answering questions, and goes above and beyond for tenants. <P>
