Apartment Review for Mapletree Apartments

I moved into this unit and it was filthy with dirt and grime! The walls were not freshly painted and there was visible damage, when I approached management with this I was told I could not be released from the lease! Unfortunately I have lived in this complex over a year and have discovered my unit is infested with mold! The maintenance I requested at the time of move-in has just been done and was done improperly. The heating system is horrible, unless you like high bills! I wouldn't recommend this complex to a pig, it would be too dirty for them! The managers in the office are sweet, but have no control over maintenance! Cars have been keyed, broken into and wheels have been stolen from vehicles in the lot. If you like to live in filth then this would be perfect for you! If you have children there will be nothing to offer them here, besides decent schools! I'd refer you to the worst part of Detroit before I would suggest moving here or any of the companies other properties in the surrounding area!! Please be smart and take heed or you will be truly sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't even think about getting in the pool because the skunks, oppossums, racoons and ghetto tenants get in it with street clothing and it has been used several times as a urinal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <P>
