Looking at the other reviews, I will try to clarify. I still live here. Are vehicles broken into? Yes. Mine was broken into, inside the underground parking garage. Does that mean it's unsafe? No. It is a garage door opener. People can sneak in after a car pulls in. Thin walls and hearing everything around you? It is an apartment. You want less noise? Buy a house. I can feel when the main door slams, but not from the bedroom, just in the living room when I am awake. I also sleep with the bedroom door close, so no noise from the hallway can disturb me. Staff and maintenance are very professional and very expedient. They have come and fixed my air after a 16:30 phone call. Mold in toilets? Clean it. Water and germs create mold. Bugs come inside every year no matter where you live. Usually, after a bug spraying. They try to go wherever the insecticide isn't. Now, I will say the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry is very cheap. The microwave and stove are ancient. The "central" air is nothing but a glorified air conditioner pumping into two rooms. It is not true central air. It's clean and in a decent neighborhood. I will be staying here until I get a house.
