Apartment Review for Village Green Of Southgate West

I moved in in September, The place was freshly painted and carpeting cleaned. Whatever maintenance issues I found at move-in were addressed within a week.
I will admit the noise level takes getting used to. I hear the person 2 floors up walking around, and the place was not designed well. Why have the furnace units by the bedroom window. But everything else has been great.
Awesome clubhouse and activities regularly. The recent big snowstorm greatly impressed me as to how quickly and throughly everything was cleared. Even the private entrances were snowfree and salted.
People complain about bugs, I have been here 4 months and have seen 3 spiders. nothing else. A place with this many hills, and trees, and beautiful grounds will have bugs, I would rather deal with a spider or two than a complex that has nothing but cement around it.
They have recently added a patrol that checks on things 24 hours.
