Apartment Reviews for Ida Red Apartments - Sparta

I am surprised at carmen's review of Ida Red, as I have lived here for 2 years. The property is converting to Condo's and that may be a reason for not renting, (they could sell your apartment.) I like the manager, she seems to be willing to work with the tenants and is a very nice lady. I have a feeling that there may have been something else going on that carmen is not mentioning. I don't think it is fair to only have her review, so I thought I would write mine. I like the small homey feeling of the property. It is kept clean and the other tenants are friendly. <P>
