Apartment Review for Woodland Ridge Apartment Homes

Do not live in this place if you value your sanity. The girls at the front make this place sound great. It is not... the floors, walls and ceiling are too thin. You can hear your neighbors, walk, running, running water and even watching tv. If your lucky enough to get crummy windows, expect mold to appear during the summer and winter months. The heat in the three bedroom aqpartments are terrible. While the main room will be 75 degrees, the other rooms will be 64 degrees. Have plenty of space/room heaters if you have small children. As for maintenance, ask for Bill, otherwise nothing gets done. You will need them as all the utilities are terribly old and half need to be replaced. Good luck getting new utilities. Mold in the windows, slamming doors, smokers, lady bugs/bug (we killed over 100 on the window sil with WD-40 and they told us that "we live in the woods and that is too bad")and lazy maintenance guys (Ok, just Jim. Bill is ok). Snow removal will wake you up around 3am with either the sidewalk plow or the front loader. Good luck trying to work with the girls at office. They could care less about your problems. All the office girls do is give you a letter and hope that your issue disappears. I am living there my second year and can't wait to find a house into. I am loosing my sanity and am willing to pay the extra money to get out of my lease. Please avoid this place!!!!!
