Apartment Reviews for Chelsea Park - Taylor

My friends apartment was broken into recently, he lived on a bottom floor on the far corner. There is always parking and the complex always looks nice. The lady in the office is really nice, the other a little bitchier got fired, but the maintenance guy seems a little creepy. I had a leak that never got fixed. It was really annoying, it just leaked when I used the bathtub, but they never did anything about. The first time they came right away and had the carpets cleaned and everything, but after that no one seemed to care. He came back but I wasn't home, then they ignored me. The units are freshly painted, but there was splatter all over my apartment (carpet and windows and such). My neighbor gets pretty loud, but they asked him to turn the radio down, the apartments are pretty well insulated against noise. I would rent here again, but it's getting really expensive and I think I could find another place for a little less. There is no security gate or anything, but I've left my car unlocked plenty of times and no one has broken in yet. It's a nice place, but expensive. <P>
