I think this place is a good deal for the money - the apartments are in a nice location and include ameneties like a walk-in closet, washer/dryer, that you might expect in a more expensive place. It's right off of both 96 and 131, which makes it a quick commute wherever your work is. <P>
Security is never an issue as the parking lots and entrances are all very well lit. For whatever reason, the neighborhood seems to cater to a lot of professional singles and couples, so there's not a lot of noise, crime, etc. I haven't had any problem with utilities or maintenance, so overall I'm pretty satisfied. <P>

The management is so prompt in fixing issues like bathroom clog, or Kitchen Sink Clog etc. They also do a follow through after the maintenance. They have a decent leasing breaking clause. 6 months or 1 year all you have to pay is one one rent and one month notice. Major stores like Walmart, SamsClub, Meijer, BestBuy etc all in the vicinity within 1 mile to 2 mile area.
You have to pay about 20 dollars a month for closed parking. But you have enough space to park your cars in front of your apartment.
They have their own cable TV system at an affordable price. But for the cable internet, you have to pick only from their own provider WMIS(No Comcast allowed)
I love the apartment complex. The thought of moving out of it saddens me. I want to take it with me. It is very up to date and comfortable. You get a washer/dryer and dishwasher. It is the nicest complex I have seen in Grand Rapids.
