I JUST WANT TO START OUT BY SAYING THAT WARREN MANOR APTS. STAFF AND MAINTANCE WORKS ARE NICE AND FREINDLY. THE RENT IS VERY REASONALBLE FOR THE AREA AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS.
