Apartment Reviews for Adams Lake Townhouses & Apartments - Waterford

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years now, and we love it. The building/appliances are a bit older but it has never taken more than one day for maintenance to fix something (i.e. our dishwasher was replaced, new hot water heater, leaking faucet). This is the first place I've lived where the manager also lives in the complex; she's very nice and you can call her with a problem whenever. Our neighbors are quiet. Parking is never a problem. We love the layout of the one-bedroom townhouse and have ample space for the two of us. We looked at a dozen places in the area before finding this place and have no complaints!

I liked it! I was very comfortable there. If I hadn't got married I would still be there. My neighbors were all very nice. The manager was a sweetheart. Parking wasn't the best but I managed ok. I had a neighbor that partied alot but once I started complaining they got him out of there. I would definitely recomend it! :)
