Apartment Review for Greyberry

These apts have their own washer and dryer in each unit. I found that appealing. Unfortunatley, repairs are very slow. It took five months to get a working washer and dryer in my apt. unit. It also took two weeks to get a new hotwater heater, it caught on fire. I took cold showers and only when I threaten to call the local fire marshall did it get replaced. The units are in need of updating . The upside to this apt complex is that the residents tend to be quiet and respectful. Unfortunatley, again, two of the leasing agents that have now been fired were dishonest and took advantage of having access to the units.
