Apartment Review for Pine Lake

Living in Pine Lakes was the biggest nightmare of my children And my lives. No where for children to play, but in the parking lot. People doing drugs on their balconies in the middle of the day. Fighting all hours of the day and night. Drug busts in which they tenant was still allowed to stay. That happened on two different occasions. Old and out dated Kitchens. Carpet is old and nasty. Balconies falling apart and unsafe. One of the apartment complexes are leaning as if the foundation is falling. Just a nightmare. But if you want a place to live and have your local law enforcement close. I strongly would suggest Pine Lakes. The police are there all hours of the day and night for some reason or another. Oh yes.. The leasing manager Linda is another big treat. If your not one of her clown posse. She will make your life **** until you move. And don't expect maintenance to help. You are better off repairing the problem yourself.
