Apartment Reviews for Hines Park Apartments - Westland

It's not a bad place if you're moving out for the 1st time, which is what I think is mostly in this complex. It seems to mostly be college kids who like to stay outside late and be loud and party.
Landscaping is ok, maintainence keeps up with everything pretty well, plenty of parking probably because there's plenty of rooms available around here. No doors outside leading into the apartment are locked, so anyone can just come into your building... Not bad for the rate, but don't expect much
