Review for Harbor Cove Apartments

Can't wait for my lease to end, this is by far the worst place I've lived. Pros: Relatively safe, fairly quite, nice lake Manager #1:On day one I waited almost two hours outside for the person in the leasing office to show up to do the lease, should have gone with my instinct and bailed then. Apartment was clearly not painted in certain areas, not to mention, was not clean. I almost literally broke my vacuum due to carpet dust. Never able to park in carport. Under Manager #2: It took them 2 weeks to change my filter. Still not able to park in car port Under Manager #3:Finally able to park in carport on lucky days. Sent a late rent notice, then realized they made a mistake.. Under Manager #4: Office staff calls you names and threatens to evict you. Other odd quirks: They claim you can pick up packages on the weekends, yeah right. Parking is a joke, so glad I pay for that covered spot which is rarely accessible. A small heard of hippos lives upstairs but I guess that could happen anywhere. Most residents smoke, again could happen anywhere. Management changes about every other month. The main management company won't return your calls about your concerns either. Not the most convenient location to live but this is true of all of Whitmore Lake
