We have lived here for four months and LOVE it. I have been renting at different places for the past 6 years and this place surpasses ALL of them! They are very spacious, clean, and kid friendly. :) We have GREAT neighbors who are mostly older, or small families. We don't have one complaint about this place. Sure, there are things that will break down, but the couple requests that we have put in, they have come to fix it that same day. Sherri, the office manager is VERY nice and willing to go out of her way for you. OVERALL Wonderfull place to live!

I have enjoyed my year stay overall, small problem with ants but maintenance came. I love being near the bike trails, and the high way, gas store, pharmancy, etc. Only issue I ahve is the price... high end but it is safe and comfortable, nice area.

Apartment living is apartment living! You get the good with the bad. The earlier review mentions neighbor noise, which you will get wherever you live. Bayberry is a quality built community and I've never had any problems with my neighbors. Management is quick to solve any problems you might have and the maintenance team is exceptional. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live. It's close to the highway for convenient commuting and easy access to local shopping. Great for anyone working at Metro Health Hospital!
