The Pines of Cloverlane is not the place to live...keep looking,especially if you have children. They painted the picture of a kid-friendly community..and the "year round pool" was why we chose to live here. The community is anything but kid friendly (drugs, young people partying) and the pool is rarely open! Many excuses, little results...the staff is very rude and unprofessional and the place is just plain unsafe! My daughter and I have been scalded by the water several times (temp goes hot to cold drastically without warning) and we have fallen on the sidewalks 3 times due to poor maintenance in winter months, depsote numerous requests. The insulation is so thin you can hear the people above you talking (or in our case fighting -lovely) and if they are using their water you can forget about hearing anything in the apartment BUT their water! It has been a miserable experience...oh and a friend who lives there actually had them MOVE HIM because he complained that the tenant below him was smoking pot in the bathroom and it was seeping up into his bathroom and filling it with smoke! There is a zero drug tolerance clause you sign, so one would think this tenant doing drugs would get kicked out but NOPE! They moved the one who complained...and did NOTHING to the offender. Save your $- go elsewhere!
