Apartment Review for Rivers Edge

First of all the management changes every three months. Secondly, car alarms go off every five minutes. Thirdly, I can not even open my windows on a nice day because loud annoying rap music is constantly being played by the people here. I'm hit on every five mintues by the most random and creepy black guys and the people who live below me, like to scream about video games until 4am. Not to mention the maintence men do random checks every other week, to the point where it's like umm what the **** are you doing here again. They do not even fix things..they just do check ups? They check the smoke detectors and leave. It's bizarre. The price is pretty high for a ghetto *** neighbor with loud neighbors. The apartments themselves are clean for the most part, but I'm sick of seeing smashed alcohol bottles and trash in my hallways. If you can put up with a lot, then this place is not terrible, but it's not my favorite. <P>
