Review for Park View Estates Apartments

I moved here because it seemed peaceful but what a rude awakening! There are frequently children running around outside, unattended. In the last year police activity around here has drastically increased, involving a drug dealer, a stolen car, and numerous arrest warrants being carried out. A neighbor frequently comes to my door begging for money, whom is sometimes seen outside screaming at the top of her lungs. She appears to be high on narcotics. The noise level around here is annoying, as it is easy to hear the neighbor's children screaming, the neighbor's bathroom water running, and people yelling profanities at each other down the hall. It seems likely that this area has become 'Section 8' housing. People whom one can tell do not live on the property are often seen lounging at building entrances. I no longer feel safe to live here. Coming home late at night is often a gamble, as some people are attempting to start fights by loitering in the parking lots and yelling at passers-by.

I for one, can say I am glad to move out of this garbage heap.
