The area around the apartment I suppose you would say would be questionable. Lots of people hanging out, everywhere but this complex that is. However, this complex accommodates to the area the best I've seen. For one you get an underground parking garage (car is safe mostly), plus you get dishwasher, and secure entry. All for a very reasonable rent in fact I have seen few places in the cities that will match this rent. Plus I might add the complex has elevators, shopping carts groceries and the best staff every. All and all I feel safe here, I wish it were closer to work and that a little better neighborhood. However, you get what you pay for and I would recommend this place to friends and family.
