It's not worth the good location to put yourself through renters hell. Unless you like loud music at 3am and the smell of smoke (in a nonsmoking building) and to feel unsafe cause anyone could practically walk in to your apt. Management is heartless and no one has appreciated them. Not helpful!!!Seriously...I hope you heed my warning.
