Review for Crossroads At Penn Apartments

This place was a horror!!! Crossroads at Hell is what they need to call it. I needed a nice cheap place to live and you definitely get what you paid for. I had a racist upstairs neighbor who reminded me of an angry Barney Rubble (from "The Flintstones") who told me that I would not be allowed to play my "*****music"-even in the daytime...he called the police, which were also racist in my opinion, who came out even on Saturday afternoons to "put me in my place". I hated the management, who obviously sided secretly with this person upstairs, leading to a sizable ticket for "violating the noise ordinance". When I first moved in, a lady was moving out and she warned me that I would not like it there, and she had been there for one year and was glad to be getting out. I watched and noticed things that I will not mention here, but suffice it to say that that as soon as my lease ended-I left. I will never visit that "complex" again, nor will I live in Richfield in my lifetime. It was just a horrible, horrible experience that I would wish on my enemies!!! (smile) To those who read this, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME AND FIND A SUITABLE LIVING ENVIRONMENT. Even though Crossroads at Hell lets you bring your dogs, you wouldn't even want your dogs to walk in the crass grass there...the grass that is not burned out by the smell and urine of the multiple pets that each apartment in "the dog building (7720 Penn)" has. This place is worse than some projects that I have visited in major cities! I have never lived in such a building...some people told me about roaches and mice that were so bad that they couldn't keep food in the shelves...the bottom floors leaked at the windows and on the floor, the bathrooms were rusty and cracked (tile floors) (mine was like that also). Never consider making this even your temporary place of residence!!!!!!
