Review for Hamline Terrace Apartments

I've lived here for about 2 years and I've had almost no problems. I never hear any of my neighbors, and the mgmt just replaced all hallway carpeting and repainted the walls in trendy colors. It's safe and in a very nice part of Roseville. Ample parking in the outside lots, underground garage has no breakins. Pool is clean and nice, workout room is all brand new with nice machines and a flat screen tv! Rent has gone up a fair amount, but I'm guessing that has more to do with heating costs than anything. Also, not a stinky building (I hate buildings with reeky hallways). Management is super nice & helpful and they don't stand for problem tenants. Maintenance people are nice and respond quickly. Drawback is that kitchens don't have much counter space, so gourmet cooks may want to look elsewhere. I would recommend these apts wholeheartedly.
