Review for Hillsborough Apartments

Great place, surveillances in all main entry doors. Amenities etc. The question is what is it that make a place great when the number of units is more than what the management can think about? Lot and lot of people that moved in the place regret signing the lease they signed. A snob and very rude manager. Thinks she's better than people who works and live there to pay her salaries. Some of the other staffs like 2 or 3 are somewhat nice. The building is so big that people living there are just a numbers to them. You have issue to report, you called the main head office, hardly will anyone get back to you or do any follow up. I left messages with the main head office about some issues I encountered at this location repeatedly for a period of time. I finally gave up when no one calls me back. Its been 2 yrs over and no one ever call. The management will not take fully responsibility for some of the things they are suppose to do and why? Because the building has lot of units. the staff and Manager have time to pass a referal around to every unit for you to refer your friends to move in but they don't think they should take fully responsibilities since they got you signed for everything else prior to moving in.
