This was a horrible place to live. The management was the worst part, very unfriendly and not professional at all. Took her own emotions into things, didn't know how to spell when writing letters to the tenants, and mean on top of it all. Dogs were allowed to bark at all hours of the night and it didn't seem that anything was done about it. Appliances were dirty and rusty, things broke easily. Concerns from tenants were told to manager but the problems never seemed to be solved, she seemed like she favored certain people, and didn't care about others. The hot water heater did not function right and burned all the people in our apartment multiple times. We complianed about it but management said, 'that's just how it is'. I don't believe you deserve to get burned when you just want to shower and get clean. The garages had holes in the walls and you were able to see into the next garages. We found toys in our garage that had been thrown in from the next garage. The lease is incorrect about multiple things. The lease may say one thing and the manager would say oh no we don't do that or that's against the lease, when it isn't even stated on the lease. A lease violation noted multiple things that weren't on the lease and it seemed that just because the management didnt like something, she decided it was a lease violation, when it wasn't anything big at all. Garbage at the dumpster was always overflowing. It seemed they had a junk yard behind the garages where old broke down, rusty, disgusting cars just sat. The parking in the lot is very limited and there is not enough space for everyone's car, even though management says there is. Often times I had to leave my car parked on the street. They say that everyone needs a parking permit to park in the lot, but there were numerous cars without one and nothing was done about it. Guests were suppose to park on the street, but it never appeared that way. There were also random, stray cats that would stay around outside where it looked like people were feeding them, didn't seem very appealing to me. Children would play outside, which is totally understandable, but then run around screaming at the top of their lungs, which I considered rude. There were quiet hours from 10pm to 10am, but lawn care and construction outside would begin as early as 7am! There was no respect for the tenants. We left the apartment before our lease was up, that's how bad it got. I would not recommend living at this apartment complex.
