Apartment Reviews for Royal Oaks Apartments - Blaine

Just let me start by saying that I know the tenant that wrote the other review. She was a complainer that wanted out of her lease after two weeks. She was always trying to start trouble. I live in the same building as her and her dog was one of the ones barking all the time. As far as the parking goes, it is a little tight but there is an overflow parking area behind the garages where people are allowed to park. This is Minnesota and yes some people have some rust on there vehicles. but I am not that judgmental. As far as the Management and Maintenance goes, The manager has to send out notices to those who violate there lease, its her job. Kids playing?? Give me a break. As far as the construction noise, They were replacing all the decks on the property, Thats a bad thing? Lawn service, Ok lets not mow the lawn because it might disturb someone. Lets get real. These are things that happen when you choose to live in an apartment. I understand that and thats why I have been here for two years. The Maintenance man usually gets here the same day as the request gets put in. From what I understand he has two complexes that he works at. I have NEVER had an emergency where he hasn't been here in a matter of an hour or less! Thank goodness there haven't been many, two that I can think of. Over all I would recommend this apartment complex the price is right and the staff gets things done. Thanks!
