Went to check out an apartment. The actual unit was under construction, so they showed me one simular. I was told that if I was interested to fill out an application, and that the $25 app fee would be there's to keep but the $150 Security deposit I could get back, if I didn't like the unit, when it was finished. What she neglected to point out was, on the application, it states taht you have 72 hours to cancel or you forfit the deposit. The unit was not finished in two weeks, and I cancelled, but they got to keep my $150 deposit.
