Apartment Reviews for Heritage Hills Apartments - Bloomington

I moved in recently to one of the newly remodeled apartments here! I LOVE IT! all new stainless steel appliances, and completely new wood flooring and cabinets! My last apartment cost me almost the same amount and was completely out dated! I was reading some of the other reviews on here and don't know what these people are talking about! This place has and is receiving a ton of attention from the staff and I couldn't be happier so far!

Had misplaced my laundry card. I know it wasn't lost or stolen, so Kari loaned me one from the office for a wk or 2 without charging $5 to me, that was going the extra mile!!
Aside from that maintenance always takes care of stuff asap!

Because my youngest son is special needs, the bus driver needs the exchange to be eye to eye to get onto bus, some days I'm in a hurry to be somewhere, the care taker Nicole will offer to see to that he gets on safely!

Very responsive staff. Not only to the take care of work orders promptly, they actually care about their tenants. Being unemployed and dealing with the stress that goes with that, Bruce, the maintence guy here suggested a couple open maintence positions he knew of with his company

As mentioned in the previous reviews, the walls are thin here. You can hear your neighbors a lot. I have never had a problem with the heat here, our apartment is always toasty warm and the staff here is on top of everything. We have one of the newly rennovated apartments and the appliances are brand new and the walls of the apartment are painted a beige color (really pretty) intstead of having white walls. The only thing that I would say is a negative is that there are a lot of young irresponsible kids living here who vandalize the buildings and cops are here on a weekly basis for out of control parties...
