I have lived in Carrington Drive for 4 years, I first lived in a studio and then moved to a one bedroom. I was very pleased with the up-keep of the building. The maintance was on point. It only took about 1 day to get things fixed. Even though it was different managers, it never got out of hand. I wish they would have kept Ruth & John. But I didn't really have any problems while staying there. I have moved, but if I had to I would move back as well as recommend it to my friends.
