I have found Riverview Apts to be a good place to live. New staff, things get done within a reasonable amount of time. Very quiet after dark. Easy access to freeways and Regional trail, large park along river a block away. I made a good choice

THE PLACE IS SO NOISEY! THEY DONT DO BACKGROUND CHECKS, THEY JUST LET ANY CRIMINAL RENT THAT PLACE. THE MANAGEMENT ARE WROTHLESS, THEY LOOK LIKE TRAILOR WHITE TRASH! THE POLICE HAS BEEN CALLED THERE EVERYNIGHT. RESIDENT GETTING ROB AND DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT. SO TAKE MY ADVICE DONT RENT HERE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!

I love living at Riverview. The staff are great, friendly and always available.
Caretakers in every building are so nice and keep it clean.
Grounds are very pretty and well taken care of.
very quiet prime location for living.
I know my neighbors and they know me, I feel safe.
