Love my two bedroom overlooking the golf course! It's beautiful watching the seasons change on the golf course. The building is nice and quiet at night. Close to major highways and easy Mississippi crossing makes commuting a breeze for a carpenter like myself who has various job sites throughout the metro. Maintenance and office staff are friendly and personable.

Lots of turn over in the management offic over the past 6 to 8 months. Not the most receptive and even though requests are heard personalities make you feel like you are bothering them. We lost our hot tub because the "new" manager said that the residents want a business center. No survey was sent around to tennants and those I've talked to would prefer a hot tub. In my opinion this is a pretty big mistake police reports from BPPD show that we are prone to a large amount of thefts and burglaries and mygut says that we are going to be missing a lot of "office" equipment. I'll be leaving when I finish my lease...

We have lived in our 2 bedroom with our dog for 2 years now and don't have anything negitive to say. Management is friendly and maintenance is completed in a timely manner. I hope that you can enjoy our home the way we have.
Thank you.

A lot of negative reviews about this place, but I'm very satisfied. I love my floorplan and the amenities. It is a little pricey, but I don't think it's higher than the market will bear....their occupancy rate is high. Office staff are friendly, maintenance is sometimes slow but I just call again. My apartment is quiet and I have a gorgeous view of golf course. I have no problems to complain about. I plan to renew my lease. It is not brand new, but is still very lovely. It's not filthy, but cleanliness could be improved....I'd say the tenants themselves could help with this, by not leaving wrappers on the floor. I'm happy, overall.

OK this place isnt heaven but it isnt ****. Not as bad as other reviewers but not as glowing as the one positive. OK. Very average. Nothing special. You get the idea.

Good- Heated parking is excellent as I write on a cold Feb day, outside appearance is nice, good location in relation to the Metro Area, my neighbors and people I see in the halls have all been very friendly, we've only had one manitence issue and it was handled promptly so either we've been lucky or its well maintained (probably not the latter) and it IS quiet 98% of the time.

Bad- That 2% is bad- Real bad, like riots are going on outside. Infrequent, but unsettling to say the least. The rent IS VERY overpriced for nothing special and no utilities are included. Fire alarms go off for no apparent reason and- correct- there has been lots of turnover in the office staff. And the point about the model unit you see on tour is correct- your actual unit is in (livable) but a lot worse shape.

This place is extremely average, and so it does bother me that it touts itself as luxury, because its not, but its livable, safe the vast majority of the time, and I've had worse rental experiences. So- i am indifferent..... Meh (shrug)

i can't believe that anyone who have anything bad to say about this place. i have never had any kind of problem with the staff or other tenants. the office has had the same person as long as i've been here(1 1.5 years) and she's super nice and always has taken care of stuff for me. i've only had to call for someone to fix something a couple times and they did a fine job. they put new carpet everywhere and put new furniture in the party room (which did really need it)

i plan on staying here for quite a while. it's the nicest place i've lived in 6 years and my neighbors all seem to like it too. rent could be a little cheaper, but other than that it's great!
