Apartment Review for Whispering Oaks Apartments

I lived there for two years and would never live there again. The owner is rude, a money miser and always looking to line his own pockets with someone elses money. The windows are drafty, the underground parking is a joke. Its dusty and dirty. He claims that you have to give a two month notice with your lease. He holds you too that even when your lease expires. But he claims its in the lease. Application fee was $25 two years ago and now its up to forty. Everything you want to do has to go through him. If you have family visiting more than two weeks he considers them tenants! And he wants them on your lease that you don't even have! And good ruck getting your deposit back. He will find a way to keep a portion of it. Don't live tehre. I am glad I am gone. <P>
