Rented: From 2006 To 2006

wait for ever to have things fixed - even in brand new unit. Still waiting months later. Claim quiet construction - which is true between floors - but if u enjoy hearing neighbors having sex - this is the place to be. You can hear people walk next door, cough, go to the bathroom - everything.

No onsite caretaking. Trash stays in chutes forever - underground garage stinks because of it.

Elevators are broken every other day.
