Review for Village Plaza Apartments

I have lived here since newly opened. I have seen it all and have continously been optimistic however the only thing that changes is the management and the condition of everything here. The carpet in the elevator is so stained, it turns your stomach. There was notes telling us they were going to improve things by painting however the flat paint was "touched up" with gloss paint. They then came back in and tried to do it again but obviously they are not much into "maintenance". They keep hiring new caretakers, maintenance and handy men but the funny thing is they don't stay long and it looks worse. I suspect they are not paying these people eitherhe puts and that is why it keeps changing. I used to blame the manager Rosie however I have come to find out since her parting that it is the owner Vik and not the poor people he puts in front of you as managers. He is really earning the title "slum lord". Giving my notice.
