Review for Village Plaza Apartments

Like to move in to a dirty apartment and spend a week cleaning someone else''s dirt? Do you like lots of noise at all hours of the day or night? If you answered yes, then this is the place to throw away your hard earned cash.

I moved in to a dirty apartment, it took 6 months for them to come clean the apartment. I was told I would received a $100.00 gift certificate for the incovenience and all the cleaning I did. That did not happen.

This is a big party building with lots of teens, parties and underage drinking. They are in the halls, parking lot and commons areas making noise from 8pm-4am. They have also done a lot of damage in common areas. Maintenance takes days to complete.

Billed as quietest building, by far the noisiest I have lived in. You can here the doors slam, elevator bell ding, stereos and tv's from units above, below and next door. Open the windows, and there is no peace and quiet. Skateboarders at all hours, the party scene. Just rude noisy neighbors.

Looking forward to my next move!!! The apartment will be left cleaner than I found it. I could never let anyone move in on top of my dirt and certainly not as dirty as I found it when I moved in.
