Can'T Wait To Move Out!

When I moved in last year the management hyped this place up a lot! I was looking for a place to call home not another rental unit where I am treated as if I'm replaceable and my concerns don't matter.
The building boasts locked security doors, however these doors are often left propped open allowing anyone to enter. The garage door to the underground parking in continually broken and remains open for days on end, thus allowing anyone to once again enter the building. When the garage door is open it doesn't just allow anyone to enter the parking area where people's vehicles are but also allows anyone right up to the units. The underground parking is nice but definately not worth the additional $50.00 month. A parking permit system was put in place but then never followed up on. People can now park whereever, completely defeating the point of the permits that people were forced to pay for last fall.
There is also free wireless internet in the building but it frequently doesn't connect. The staff is not responsive and it is out of order for days. So you definately can not count on it.
They boast that the building is "sound proof" and is definately NOT! Just like any other building you can hear every little thing above you, on either side, and every footstep in the hall!
Last fall they started allowing dogs in the building and assured tenants that "everything was already thought of". Since then, no additional garbages were put out for droppings and there is sooo much poop on the grounds that it's embarrassing to have guests over.
The first floor was to be for retail but surprise surprise they couldn't get any businesses to go in there. So they've decided to change it into more apartments. It was guaranteed that the remodeling would be complete by January and now mid-February it doesn't look any different...but every day there is constant construction noise that is heard throughout the building. So if you plan to ever be home, don't expect it to be quiet. Your floor will vibrate and you'll hear constant pounding from whatever they're doing. A dumpster was put outside for the construction project but is never emptied. Garbage (in addition to the dog poop) is all over the grounds and is never picked up.
If it wasn't so expensive to break your lease I would've left already. The only positives is the neighborhood that the building is located in. There are other sidewalks and paths to walk on and a nice pond nearby.
