They will change your quotes at anytime. They will tell you one price then change it last minute. When we were signing the lease and touring the grounds they were very nice and accomidating. Once we moved in this turns completely south. The office staff has just recently become decent; however, they had no plan or incentive for any renter that went threw the changes with disrespectful staff, and would not accomidate our needs. Watch out they will charge you 45.00 a month for the washer and dryer in units. overall, too much money for what you get and location is decent not amazing.
