Review for Village Plaza Apartments

I want to first and for most make sure you know this is not written because we are moving, this is being written on the behalf of the horrible service we have been treated and experienced. This place looks amazing from the exterior. However take in mind, there is NOTHING besides the apt. No pool, work out room that is a joke, no grill, no parking (even in he lot, you end up on the street then getting a ticket0. No maintenance….which is not his fault; they work him to the bone. There is too many apts for one person to manage, so trust me better off fixing it yourself
With that note, the management is completely horrible. Since I have lived here, there has been a shooting, fire, management changes, lease changes, elevator always broken, and poor communication with staff. They will ALWAYS threaten you with a lawyer if you have a complaint.
All I am saying is look around, there are MANY young adults here....which is fine. Coming out of high school, you are looking for a party. They allow that here.
Just keep your options open, it’s NOT worth the money. You can live in MPLS off Calhoun for cheaper
they are big talkers until you actully sign....trust me
