Apartment Review for Garden Oaks Apartments

This place is a big joke. Management here never answers there phones and are rude. No dogs allowed well theirs dogs here and birds. But the lease says no dogs. It also says no satellite dishes, but we have that on the roof. Power goes out like twice a month. people stealing license plates in the parking lots. Stay away from this S##thole
