Not bad, not great. ( 02/19/2013 )

I've lived here for around a year now, and I don't think it's a horrible place to live. You can hear the trains go by when you have windows open, and can feel the freight trains go past, but it's not bad; barely noticeable usually. I only notice them when I'm sitting, and not doing anything.
Garages are shared and aren't very nice, but are at least a place to park inside. The one I'm in has a leak that pours water in pretty steadily anytime it's raining or snow is melting. This effects two of the stalls on the end, and has been like this since I moved in a year ago.
If you ever have to have a maintenance request and it's something you can take care of it yourself with supplies from management, I would do it. It will be lot faster. Otherwise expect it to take a while if it's a "non-emergency". The intercom system was broken for the better part of a month a little while ago.
If you have a time set up to meet with the resident manager, you might as well not waste your time; just plan to show up 10-15 minutes late. She's nice and friendly, but not very reliable in my experience.
