Apartment Review for Lou Ann Terrace

I WILL NEVER RENT FROM STEVEN SCOTT MANAGEMENT EVER AGAIN!! And I moved in, in October and have wanted to move out EVER SINCE. The office NEVER knows wats going on and loves to say, ” I don't wat to tell you”...ugh! I had a stove gas leak when I FIRST moved n!! Management told me it was paint!! And told me if I really think its gas I need to call emergency maint. Emergency maint. Told me id have to call center energy. And when I asked for the number, he says google it...wtf!! This place is a JOKE!! centerpoint came out and shut off my gas b/c they found a leak n louann terace ” fixed” it. It stopped working again and again and just NOW I got a replacement stove after ******** that im done fixing this crap!! .... They take their time ” fixing” everything and half *** it so that they have to fix it again! .... The walls r thin, YOU HEAR EVERYTHING, THE LOT NEVER GETS PLOWED! Snow n I've just gets pushed down, and there r break ins, n cars n the back lot.....PLEASE don't live here! I WISH SOMEONE HAD WROTE A REVIEW WHEN I MOVED IN, CAUSE FOR 740 a month, THIS IS A JOKE!!
