Apartment Review for Cedar Villas Townhomes

I recently moved in to Cedar Villas and I must say, Carolyn Williams is a breath of fresh air. She is very informative and very helpful. She should be the Manager. I moved here from NJ to be near my fa,mily and I spoke to her several times on the phone for answers to several questions I had. She never brushed me off and was very congenial. If it wasn't for her I don't know if I would have rented here.
