Apartment Review for Cedar Villas Townhomes

This place has issues. Lived here for a year. the first week we moved in the ac did not work, we went to the office to tell them, the maintenance guy was there at the time, told them it did not work as it was over 90 outside. They told us someone would be over soon, not only did they not show up that day THEY NEVER DID! we fixed it ourselves. Lights in our walkway have been burnt out for over 6 months. Dryer broke within first 3 months. The furnace is right next to the living room with a huge return vent making nearly impossible to hear your tv, w/o getting noise complaints. Walls and windows are thin. They do look nice but the layout is just poor. And living right next to a section 8 complex was a great surprise too. All they want is there money and dont care about anything else. Wouldn't recommend it. <P>
