Apartment Review for Cedar Villas Townhomes

We liked that the place was brand new when we moved in. However, looks can be deceiving. The homes are very poorly made. If your bedrooms are on the ground floor, expect to freeze your *** off in the winter. The walls are very thin - we can hear everything inside and outside. There are a lot of shady characters in the neighborhood, too, and Eagan's finest seem to have to patrol the area on a regular basis. The townhomes are completely overpriced for what you have to put up with. I wouldn't not recommend this place to anyone, except the peole who are Section 8 - they'll fit right in. <P>
